Broodbaar is a sandwich shop in Vilvoorde that specializes in deliveries to businesses.
Our range includes sandwiches, soups, salads, croques, hot dishes, breakfast, fruit, desserts, and meeting platters. More information can be found on our order page, and all our products can be ordered online.
We also deliver soup in large quantities or individual portions. For larger quantities, it is delivered in thermal kettles. Contact us for more information.
Food Information
We enjoy working with seasonal products, so in summer you'll find a broader selection of salads, and in winter a more extensive range of hot meals.
We use freshly baked baguettes daily, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and generously filled. You can also choose brown or multigrain bread. Fitness rolls are slimmer and full of grains. Bagnats are soft round rolls available in white and brown. We also offer a 15cm sandwich roll (pistolet type), and soft sandwiches are available as well.
We aim to prepare as much as possible ourselves—many of our dishes are marked as "house-made".

Costs
Broodbaar does not charge for orders or delivery. If the order is within our delivery area and meets the minimum order amount (€25), delivery and use of our services are completely free for the customers and the companies they work for.
Transaction fees for online payments may apply but are entirely avoidable—more details are available under payment information.
Deliveries
Orders are usually placed on the same day as delivery. However, you can also place future orders.
Same-day delivery orders can be placed until 10:00. This order deadline is necessary to serve all our customers promptly between 10:15 and 12:30.
If you happen to miss the deadline, it's best to still place your order online. If the delivery round hasn't left yet, we’ll try to deliver it. If we can't, we’ll notify you (by email).
Orders containing fruit salad, breakfast, or sandwich baskets should ideally be placed at least 1 day in advance so we can prepare properly. When possible, we’ll gladly assist with same-day requests.
Noon is our peak delivery time, but we also deliver at other times—such as for early breakfast meetings, receptions, or evening events. You can specify the desired time in the comments or contact us directly.
Delivery Area
We deliver sandwiches in the Vilvoorde area: Machelen, Diegem, Brucargo, Melsbroek, Perk, Zaventem, Haren, and Evere.
These deliveries are free if you order for at least €25. If there are multiple customers nearby, the minimum amount may be negotiable—feel free to contact us about this.
