Payment Methods

We offer various payment methods. We encourage customers to use online payments as much as possible since they are simple and save time for everyone involved. However, we continue to support traditional payment options. Here is an overview:

Online

We offer a flexible online payment system. It allows payments via Bancontact, Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), KBC/CBC online or mobile app, Belfius online or mobile app.

Online payments are managed via a prepaid account per customer. Typically, a larger amount is loaded onto a personal account, which can then be used for multiple orders. This allows customers to complete their daily orders more quickly without repeating the full payment process each time.

The minimum amount to load is €25.

On their personal page, customers always have a transparent overview of all payments and balance changes, as well as a list of all orders and their details.

Online payments are securely handled by a PCI-certified payment provider. You will be temporarily redirected to their secure payment portal. Broodbaar does not receive or store any of your payment information.

Invoice

Available only for companies. Unless specified otherwise, invoices are generated at the end of each month and sent electronically. It is possible to use separate billing addresses under one account—if needed, please mention this in the comments or notify us by email in advance.

Cash

Cash payment is possible upon delivery. To help us serve all customers on time, please have the exact amount ready before the delivery arrives. Our drivers carry limited change. You can mention in the order comments if specific change is needed.


Instructions for Electronic Payment

Online (Bancontact/Credit Card)

To use online payment, you first need to load funds onto your Broodbaar account. You can do this via your personal page (or by clicking the piggy bank icon at the top).

You choose the amount you wish to load. Note the minimum amount of €5 and that a €0.30 transaction fee applies to loads under €25. It's best to load enough for multiple orders to avoid repeating the process.

After entering the amount, you'll be directed to the secure payment portal where you can select your preferred payment method (Bancontact, Mastercard, Visa, Belfius, KBC, etc.). Depending on the method, you may need a card reader or your bank's mobile app to approve the transaction.

Once the payment is completed, you'll be redirected to the Broodbaar website where your payment will immediately appear in your payment overview. This overview shows all loaded amounts and all orders for complete transparency.

Your current balance is always visible in the navigation bar next to the piggy bank icon .

If one day you decide to stop using online payments, you can request a refund. This can be done via this form. Refunds may take a few days to process and are free of charge.
